Q: Where is your spa located?

A: NIKS is located ar 307 4th Avenue NE Waite Park, MN. Come in Door 307 and head downstairs. NIKS SKIN is the first door you see at the bottom of the stairs. If the door is open, please come in. If the door is closed have a seat in the waiting room and I’ll be right with you.

Q. Fees for Cancellation/No-Show/Late Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You may cancel/reschedule online or text Nikki at 952-412-7060. There will be no fee for cancellations before 24 hours of your scheduled time. As a courtesy to your service provider and other guests, late (day of) cancellations will be charged the full price of services booked. This includes No-Shows and late arrivals past 15 minutes or more. I know life is crazy and things come up. I take every situation in consideration when I must charge a fee. I’m not a monster. Thank you!

I normally run on-time give or take a few minutes. Arrive on-time. I do not take early arrivals. Between clients I’m most likely cleaning, taking a potty break or speed eating my lunch. Thank You.

Q:What to expect at my appointment?

PLEASE reschedule if you have been TRAVELING or in any way EXPERIENCING symptoms of being sick within the past 14 days. Your service provider will be masked while performing services in close contact to the clients face.

NO WALK-INS. APPOINTMENT IS NEEDED. As a safety precaution and for getting the most out of your treatment please do not bring GuestS or children to your appointment.
